History

EBA Business Systems and Forms was originally founded in 1981 by Eric Hillard Davis. His aim was simple. Eric wanted to stay home with his family in Jackson, Tennessee.

Eric was the son of Icie Oliver Davis and Eric Burton Davis of Trenton, Tennessee. Eric was born in Gibson County, but he and his wife Sarah Anne have resided in Jackson, Tennessee for the last fifty three years. He graduated from Peabody High School and attended Memphis State and Lambuth College. Eric served in the U. S. Army in the European Theater during World War II.

Eric began a career in sales at Frankland’s in Jackson and later traveled in Tennessee, Alabama, and Mississippi. In 1981, Eric established Eric’s Business Aids and continued his career until retirement in 1987. But he never really retired from life. He taught Sunday School classes at Lambuth Memorial Methodist Church, delivered "Meals on Wheels", sang in the "Casey Jones Barber Shop Chorus", and was an active member of the Woodmen of the World. He served as officer of the Highland Park polls for the Madison County Election Commission for over thirty years. In 1998, Eric was awarded the "State Fraternalist of the Year" by the Woodmen of the World organization for his work.

Eric passed away October 31, 2001. Sarah Anne followed in 2007.

In 1994, the company was passed into the hands of Eric's son in law Frank L. Neudecker.
